Perspect works with a network of six specialist suppliers across Europe and South East Asia, each chosen for their expertise in a particular product line. In Europe, partners have supported us with refined garment construction and concepts for initial product ideation. In South East Asia, we collaborate with factories whose technical expertise allows us to develop custom performance fabric blends - the foundation of our proprietary textiles such as WaferStretch™, Ventura™ mesh, and SweatShell™.
MANUFACTURING STANDARDS
Our manufacturing partners operate with strict quality control procedures and independent third-party inspections, which has earned them a strong reputation for both professional service and consistent product quality.
The production lines are equipped with advanced technologies, including sublimation printing, laser cutting and welding, heat transfer, and specialised sewing machinery. Many of the skilled workers have over ten years of experience in knitwear, and all garments undergo quality control to AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.
QUALITY CONTROL
To ensure consistency, every order is managed with a rigorous approval process covering fit samples, styling, sizing, fabric quality, lab dips, and accessories before production begins. Inspections are carried out online throughout the production period, with reports raised regularly. Any issues are immediately identified, modified, and resolved to maintain high standards.
Goods are only cleared for shipment once they meet the agreed criteria and pass final pre-shipment inspections. This disciplined approach to quality control underpins our commitment to producing garments that embody both performance and refinement.
