ORDERS

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, it can’t be modified - including size, shipping address, or payment details. If you’d like to return your item, please contact us at hello@perspectclo.com

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

We are unable to combine orders after they have been placed. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER?

We are unable to add items to an existing order. A separate order must be placed for any additional items.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak periods, orders may take up to 5 working days from the estimated ship date to be dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide. All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. All import taxes, duties, and fees are included, with exception of Brazil, South Africa and Georgia.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.

why haven't i received my order?

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier or contact hello@perspectclo.com for help.

RETURNS

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. However, if you have found a defect with your product at any point, please contact us.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Exchanges for the same item can be facilitated via our usual returns process. If you require a different style, please return the original item and place a new order.

HOW MUCH DO RETURNS COST?

Returns are currently free of charge.

I'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, NOW WHAT?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact hello@perspectclo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other local payment options where available.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

All transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store payment information.
